Cirencester Pantry – Love Food. Hate Waste
We collect surplus food from FareShare and local supermarkets to support over 90 households through our Friday pantry (3:30–5:00pm), saving over 21 tons of food from landfill last year. Members also take part in weekly coffee mornings, bi-weekly craft sessions and a Sunday gardening club at Roots and Seeds. All members volunteer, building community ownership and resilience. We also run holiday programmes for children and carry out benefit checks—unlocking over £101,000 in unclaimed support this year.

Malmesbury & District Foodbank
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. Our region covers North Wiltshire, North of the M4 and as far North as the Gloucester county boundary (excluding Swindon). We have distribution Centres in Malmesbury and Cricklade with, between them, 4 sessions a week. We love to work with other organisations to provide broader help to Clients to help them to improve their circumstances to that they have less need of the Foodbank and can take more control over their own lives and circumstances.

Food For Thought
Food For Thought Cotswolds is becoming a Registered Charity. In under a year, what began as a project to help people experiencing homelessness quickly grew to support older people who were lonely, vulnerable residents needing a safe place, and those living with mental health difficulties. We now work closely with another fantastic charity, Cirencester Signpost, to support anyone in need in our community. Gaining charity status is a big step that will help us reach even more people — but the hard work is only just beginning.
To everyone who volunteers, donates food, clothing, other items or money: you are amazing, and we couldn’t do this without you.
Together we can make a difference.

Fruitful Malmesbury
We are a community orchard and food-growing project set up to encourage and enable people to grow and eat healthy, seasonal food close to home. We bring local residents together to plant, care for and harvest fruit and vegetables, creating a shared space that supports wellbeing, strengthens community connections, and promotes low-carbon, sustainable living.
